Meet the Team

Christi has worked for twelve years in the local lettings and sales market, for both a large corporate company and an independent agent. Through her experience, she has built a fantastic reputation in the area for letting property quickly and efficiently, and maximising rental prices for landlords. She has built excellent knowledge of what works when it comes to letting property through her experience, which has ultimately led her to opening Collins Residential, so that the team here can provide an outstanding service which cannot be beaten; particularly when it comes to managing properties.

Outside work, Christi has two young daughters, so most of her spare time is spent running around after them and enjoying family time.

Mike has worked in estate agency for 29 years within the Basingstoke area. Michael is our Senior instruction manager and not only does he pride himself in getting our sellers the best possible price for their properties but also giving our vendors first class customer service.

Michael previously experienced for many years the rather hustle bustle side of corporate estate agency and joined us for a more personal client experience.

Mike has lived in Basingstoke all his life and therefore he has a great local market knowledge and can advise you how to achieve the best possible price for your home.

Mike is married with 2 children, and with his very busy work life he likes nothing more than to wind down and spend time with his family, socialising with friends and trying his best at cooking.

Jodie has worked in the Basingstoke property market for nine years, and has experience in lettings, sales and new homes; although the bulk of her career has been in the lettings industry. Jodie and Christi have worked effectively as a team in letting and managing properties for many years, and Jodie joined Christi shortly after Collins Residential opened as an associate director. She grew up in Basingstoke and knows the local area and market inside out. She has a great eye for detail when it comes to property, and is passionate in helping people find their dream home!

In her spare time, Jodie enjoys keeping fit, and long country walks with her two Whippets.

Charlie started his career in Estate Agency in 2016 and has since gained extensive experience in the Basingstoke property market. Having grown up in Basingstoke, Charlie also knows the area particularly well. Charlie has a very friendly and approachable character which is welcomed by our customers. Charlie is our sales director and is here to assist you on your buying or selling journey from start to finish. In his spare time Charlie enjoys playing football and spending time with his friends and family.

Shannon joined our lettings team in 2023 and brings with her a wealth of experience having worked in Basingstoke and Hampshire in lettings for a number of years. If you require any advice on renting your property out, purchasing a new buy to let or the legislation involved with letting a property, Shannon is the expert to speak to! She has also grown up in Basingstoke so knows the area, schools and facilities like the back of her hand.

In Shannons spare time she enjoys spending time with her son, playing football and spending quality time with her partner and friends.

Tyler has recently joined our lettings team after gaining extensive experience in a customer facing role. She has always had a passion for property and interior design and has a great eye for detail. Tyler is friendly and approachable; she has grown up in Basingstoke so knows the area inside out and can assist you in finding a property in the most suitable area.

In Tyler’s spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and walks with her cocker spaniel Clive!

Lucy is our very own property management expert! She has a great relationship with all of our clients; including local contractors, and is on hand for both landlords and tenants to assist with maintenance, and all other aspects of the tenancy. Lucy grew up in Basingstoke and knows the area and properties in the area very well. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son and family, and country walks with her English Bulldog Frank!

Tia is the expert when it comes to getting your sale or purchase through to completion smoothly. With broad experience in customer service across several different industries, Tia’s skills and personability ensure seamless communication between buyers, sellers, and solicitors throughout the process. After the team have agreed your sale or purchase, Tia will be on hand to assist with any queries or questions you may have.
