Premium Fully Managed (19.2% inclusive of VAT):
This service suits the landlord who wants to be covered for everything under one roof, and wants to know exactly what they are paying during their tenancy.
This service includes all services from marketing the property, through to managing the day to day maintenance; however it has the added benefit of an annual gas safety and boiler service, rent and legal protection included, no additional renewal fees, and more!
Fully Managed (14.4% inclusive of VAT):
If you would like your rental property to be ‘hassle-free’, and for us to take care of things for you from start to finish, this service suits you! We will handle all dealings prior to the tenancy, the day to day management during the tenancy, and we will also handle the end of tenancy negotiations on your behalf too. We understand that the masses of paperwork and legislation can often be daunting for landlords, so we will ensure that the process runs smoothly, and you are covered legally, to provide you with peace of mind. Your tenant will also have the peace of mind that they have assistance on hand at all times, should they need it.
Rent Collection (9.6% inclusive of VAT):
If you would like to take care of the maintenance side of things during the tenancy, however you would still like us to collect your monthly rent from the tenant, deal with any late payments/arrears that may occur, and handle the paperwork side of things for you, then the Rent Collection service is for you.
Tenant Find Only (12%, inclusive of VAT, of the annual rent) *N.B. This is subject to the value of the property:
Do you just need us to find you a tenant? This service can vary depending on the experience of the landlord; some like us to do all the paperwork prior to the tenant moving in (inventories, tenancy agreements etc.), however some like to take care of this themselves. We can be flexible and will tailor make this package to suit your needs.
